Katlin Hall is an Improvisation Enthusiast and Learning and Development professional. After graduating from Miami of Ohio Business School, she started her career consulting learning and development programs for fortune 100 companies at CEB, now Gartner. From there she helped start The Second City Chicago’s business arm where she saw the benefits of improv in communication. She’s supported organizations from The Brooklyn Nets to Johns Hopkins Applied Physics laboratory to Abbott’s entire salesforce. She now is owner of improv2grow.
